Spaghetti szuash also know as winter squash is a vigorous vine that produces large yellow fruits to 30cm. Fruit can baked whole then cut open and the unusual flesh can be forkedout and used like spaghetti. Flesh has a mild flavour and slightly crisp texture. Can also be used in salads, sauces, casseroles or as a quiche filling.
