Description
Produces an edible bulb like stalk that can be roasted, sauteed or eaten raw. The feathery fronds at the top of the plant can also be used as a herb/garnish. The plant also helps in the war against cabbage white butterfly- the flowers attract a native wasp that is a natural predator of this vegie garden pest.
