It is long lasting and easy too sift with a cat poop scooper too remove clumps of manure and moisture. So out lasting other brooder box beddings. Fine is great for day old chicks, Coarse is good for Ducklings that play with their water. Comes in both Fine and Coarse. Has a lot of different application.
